CAP CARES

At CAP we are a sisterhood

We care about each Au Pair’s journey and we want to help as many young women as we can to reach for their dreams and grow into their full potential by finding themselves through exploring the world. Sometimes life happens and circumstances are hard. Money is tight and dreams need to be put on hold.

We get that.

We know that there are many deserving young women out there who just need a chance. A steppingstone onto bigger things.

We wanted to do something that shows how much we care as an agency. Something we have never seen before.

That is why we started our CAP Dream Campaign in 2020.

CAP Dream is an opportunity to enter a competition where a potential Au Pair can stand a chance to win the opportunity of a lifetime. An all-expenses paid sponsorship to Au Pair in America!

We don’t only wave your application fees, we let you attend our exclusive Au Pair training for free AND we pay for your visa! But wait, there’s more… we even supply you with spending money for your first week in America.

This means you will have a stress and debt free start on your future journey.

Our CAP Dream competition runs annually and selects one winner every year.

Entries are submitted during the month of November during official competition dates. These video entries include a short video clip of yourself explaining why you had a tough year and why you deserve the opportunity to Au Pair in America and how this will change your life and circumstances. Please keep an eye on our social pages for official announcements of competition start and end dates.
