Give Yourself Time!
Adjusting takes 1-3 months, so no pressure – baby steps! Get out, explore your new hood, and vibe with other au pairs nearby. Building connections with your host fam and kiddos takes time too, so keep it chill and let things grow naturally.
Stay Busy, Stay Happy!
New routine, new you. Try a hobby, join a gym, or start journaling (hello, scrapbook goals). Keeping busy helps you settle in and feel at home.
Find Your Crew.
